Construction/ Rehab Estimator

Dasa Properties is a leading and growing residential project management company that handles its own rehab and repairs in renovation for residential living spaces. We currently manage the renovations for properties owned by various clients in the Rochester, NY area with the Occasional travel to Buffalo, NY area (milage will be reimbursement)

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Complete detailed interior/exterior inspection of homes for cosmetic and safety checks.
- Complete vacancy checks and move out reports.
- Work alongside Property Management Team and Project Management Team.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Key Accountabilities

Reno-Turn (30% of time)

- Inspection: Identify any issues that need addressing.
- Verification: Verify any repairs that have been completed.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the quality of repairs.
- Move-in 30% of time

Quality Assurance: Verify the home is ready for occupancy.
- Safety: Verify the property is safe for occupancy.
- Functionality: Verify the functionality of all system and appliances in home.
- Documentation: Create reports on needed repairs, and work completed.
Reno Scope (10% of time)

Inspection: Identify any issues that need addressing.
- SOW: Identify any issues that need addressing
- Safety: Verify the property is safe for occupancy.
- Documentation: Create reports on needed repairs, and work completed, update our software systems.
- Move-out (30% of time)

Inspection: Identify any issues that need addressing.
- Reporting: Create reports on needed repairs, and work completed.
- Vacancy checks: Verify the property is empty after move-out.
- Documentation: Create reports on needed repairs, and work completed.

Minimum requirements include:

High School or Associate Degree
2+ Years Maintenance/Construction Experience
