Here at Dasa Properties, LLC we are a growing Property Management company based out of the Western, NY area. We are in search of a Coordinator / Inspector in the Rochester, NY area. This position will oversee the majority of our Rochester properties. Occasional travel to Buffalo, NY may be required with milage reimbursement.
Job Summary:

Strong ability to provide good customer service and engagement with residents, trade partners, and municipal leaders when required. Position will work from home when not in the field at rental properties.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Turnover/Renovation
- Maintain budgets and quality for all turnover and renovation work.
- Bid or review scopes of all renovation and turnovers.
- Maintain relationships and appropriate oversight for vendors.
- Approve/Deny invoices accurately and timely.
- Ensure all charges in the ledger are tied out daily.
- Work closely with the acquisition team for accurate rentals and buying opportunities.
- Maintenance
- Review and manage high-cost jobs.
- Review maintenance page daily
- Ensure quality control of all maintenance work to include appropriate permitting.
- Conflict management with residents as required.
- Promote and perform exceptional customer service for residents.
Leasing/Operations:
- Ensure homes are rent ready; prepared for marketing, leasing and move-in
- Represent the company in any engagement with municipalities for permitting, occupancy certifications, utilities, and/or court proceedings, i.e., evictions.
- Conduct pre-moveout inspections to ensure homes are in the best condition for turnover.
Supervisory Accountabilities:
- Management & Team Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day responsibilities of markets and personnel to ensure all best practices are utilized and set objectives, goals and metrics are achieved.
- Manage, schedule, and assist in all boots on the ground activities for in-house market personnel and/or outside vendors for smaller markets.
- Manage outside vendors to assure timely and on budget completion of all turnover, maintenance, and renovations. Review and approve invoices.
- Resolve escalation of issues and troubleshooting for in-house staff and outside vendors.
- Responsible for setting common goals to maximize revenue and bottom-line performance while providing exceptional service and response time to our residents.
- Responsible for implementing comprehensive programs, initiatives and strategies aligned with budget and company/regional objectives throughout the assigned portfolio.
Key Metrics:
- Annual (subject to change)
- Achieve 96% occupancy and 45-day downtime as measured in KPI.
- Manage change to achieve effective implementation of new organization, policies, and procedures.

- Education and Experience
Minimum requirements:
5+ years in property management
10+ years of residential construction/inspection experience.
