Lisa Fucina Nichols is an exemplary visionary. She has utilized her solid background in real estate to contribute tirelessly to revitalizing Buffalo’s community neighborhoods for more than twenty years. Lisa’s expert knowledge of the Buffalo real estate market propelled Dasa Properties to grow – and flourish – quickly. Her personal commitment to and involvement in all property management decisions ensures Dasa’s client base remains committed for the long term. As a competitive perfectionist, Lisa has mastered the art of preventive problem-solving and deterministic forward planning.
Teresa Ruggiero
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Teresa – who joined Dasa in 2006 – is responsible for financial planning, daily cash flow, investor services, and proactive risk mitigation. Teresa has an accounting and business administration background, and before joining Dasa, she spent seven years as General Manager of Property Management, responsible for 150+ parking facilities between Jamestown, NY and Syracuse, NY.
John Ruggiero
Director of Project Management
An employee since Dasa opened its doors in 2000, John has overseen the rehab of hundreds of properties and supervises a consistent staff in his position as Director of Project Management. Prior to joining Dasa, John spent ten years in distribution management, where he mastered the art of juggling several projects simultaneously – successfully and efficiently.
