During the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are allowing our maintenance employees to not stay in a property to make a repair if any occupant shows any flu-like symptoms. Our maintenance employees have families they go home to and we want to keep them safe as well. If you have non-essential repairs to make, we may allow or request a postponement of that repair. If there is a critical repair to take place, we will have no option but to enter and handle it ASAP. You are not required to be home during the repair and we may suggest, for the safety of all, that you are not present. Please inform us prior to arrival if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms prior to our arrival so we can be best prepared.
