All property taxes, water and trash disposal bills will be paid on the following schedule:
Water Bills and City User Fees are paid quarterly
City Taxes are paid in December and July
County Taxes and Rental Registrations are paid annually
Lawn maintenance and snow removal once a property becomes vacant, to avoid the city of Buffalo assessing a $150.00 fine for failing to comply
Uninterrupted Property Liability Insurance, with Dasa Properties listed as the additional insured
