Owner Responsibilities
- All property taxes, water and trash disposal bills will be paid on the following schedule:
- Water Bills and City User Fees are paid quarterly
- City Taxes are paid in December and July
- County Taxes and Rental Registrations are paid annually
- Lawn maintenance and snow removal once a property becomes vacant, to avoid the city of Buffalo assessing a $150.00 fine for failing to comply
- Uninterrupted Property Liability Insurance, with Dasa Properties listed as the additional insured
