• $20 application fee per applicant 
• One month of your most recent pay in PDF format
• All monthly income (i.e. Section 8 voucher, Social Security Income, SNAP, Child Support, Employment)
• All individuals above the age of 18 must complete their own application
• Background Consent 
• Desired Move-in Date
